Our Process
Every vehicle entering storage undergoes a meticulous check-in process to ensure its protected, documented and prepared for the highest standard of care throughout its stay, all parts of this process are carried out at BSA.
Arrival
whether collected by the BSA team, or delivered by yourself the vehicle is received in our secure check-in area by our storage team. we ensure a smooth, discreet handover and confirm any specific requirements you may have for your vehicle during its stay.
Maintenance Detail
Before entering storage, your vehicle receives a valet to remove road grime, salt, contaminant's and moisture, preventing deterioration and ensuring its stored in optimal condition
Pre-storage inspection and appraisal
A thorough inspection is carried out to assess your vehicles current condition, identifying any existing marks, defects or maintenance needs so we can care for it appropriately.
Condition documenting
We documents the vehicles condition in detail, including high-resolution photographs and written notes, for complete peace of mind and a future reference.
Acclimatising
Before being placed into our long-term storage, your vehicle is acclimatised to our controlled facility, ensuring temperature and humidity changes do not impact its condition.
Storage
Your vehicle is now given its dedicated space, in one of our barns. A Ctek battery conditioner is plugged in to maintain charge, and a soft cover applied, with the windows slight ajar to keep air flow.
